Notting Hill Carnival – West London

For the first time since 2019, Notting Hill Carnival is back. We can now revel in the bright colours and festivities that Notting Hill Carnival is famous for, with the carnival happening over the August bank holiday weekend. A beautiful blend of delectable food, music, and dancing, Notting Hill Carnival is a burst of joy that can’t be missed. One of the best parts is that you don’t even have to pay – just think about making a donation to the Carnival Village Trust.

Boardmasters – Cornwall

From the 10th August to the 14th August, you can enjoy music on the beach at Boardmasters Festival in Cornwall. On Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach, you can bask in the music of Disclosure or Kings of Leon. Taking place on some of the most picturesque beaches in Cornwall, this is an event that shouldn’t be passed up! As well as listening to the music and swimming and surfing, you can take advantage of carefully selected food, from traditional Cornish pasties to some healthy grains.

Blackpool Air Show – Blackpool

Blackpool Air Show is back to showcase the best talent in aviation, from the 13th – 14th August. A selection of some of the world’s finest civilian and military aircrafts will be performing, making their way over the seafront of Blackpool. As well as watching the magnificent colours and acrobatics performed by the pilots, the Air Show Village will have a multitude of stalls, attractions, and food to choose from. Better yet, the Air Show is all free!

Goodwood Revival – Sussex

Goodwood Revival is an event revealing the glamour and glitz of motor racing as it used to be. Over three days, 16th – 18th September, you will be able to get your fill of motor racing with many planned festivities. This event is organised completely within a period theme, with guests asked to conform to a vintage fashion attire. Watch the classic cars whizz past you, as well as taking advantage of the fairground Over the Road with a group of friends.
